While our main focus is on our week-long tours, we occasionally offer day tours—provided the expectations align.

For these occasions, we've designed a well-rounded program that offers a complete experience with our Huskies, the tour itself, and the breathtaking landscapes of the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park.

Our day tour is designed for nature-loving, physically fit participants aged 16 and over who want to experience sled dog handling in an intense yet compact format.

You’ll drive your own sled (no passenger rides) with a small, well-coordinated dog team—active participation, concentration, balance, and a good level of fitness are essential. On uphill sections, we’ll support the dogs on foot, and you’ll need to steer through winding or downhill terrain.

Group size is limited to a maximum of six participants.

This tour is perfect for those already in Lapland or those looking to experience the thrill of sled dogs in an authentic, respectful environment.

After the ride, there will be time to interact with our free-running dogs before we wrap up the tour in our cozy Kota, enjoying a meal together—offering space for conversation and any further questions.

The program lasts approximately 5-6 hours in total, with 3-4 hours spent in the national park, depending on weather and conditions.

The price of €450 per person includes:

• Total program duration: 5–6 hours

• 3–4 hours on the trail in Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park

• Safety briefing on sled dog handling and sled driving

• High-quality winter gear (thermal jacket and pants, winter boots, gloves, hat)

• Campfire break during the tour with snacks and hot drinks

• Optional hands-on participation in un-harnessing the dogs

• Free-running time for the dogs after the tour

• Lunch after the tour in our cozy Kota by the fire

• Personal guidance in English

Transfers to our husky farm are not included in the tour price, but can be arranged upon request and for an additional fee.
